    I wouldn't place another order with tesco extra you dont supply good you advertise for sale , then advertise them at greater price, then cancel orders.

    We have been informed by 'Nintendo' that it was a limited edition and has now been deleted. It will be removed from the website.

    just thought i would share the replys I have had and information i gave.

  • Send them one back asking why Virgin who have had the same problem and hwo have been reported to Trading Standards along with Watchdog (who are investigating and requesting someone speak to them about it on the show) are consulting their own solictors about honouring this deal?

    And why Tesco aren't do the same - pointing out to them they have contradicted themselves and are backpeddling from "unable to supply" to "mis-price" so late in the day.

    That should put the willies up them.

    they treat their most important asset the customer so badly.
    they think they are so "big" they can do what they like.

    others have reported tesco to watch dog.

  • Tesco have finally e-mailled so say they can't get it but they do have the second bundle at £105...., i have pointed out the release date on the bundle and stated that this would make the order for the new bundle and as they have stated they can obtain that item that they should send it, to be honest i don't expect much and would not be following up on it but for the fact they have lied in communitcation with myself over this order, as with others it's the principal of the matter not the end result >:(

    Note to Tesco : Honesty is the best policy, everyone makes mistakes, it's how you deal with them that counts.

    I had my payment refunded and have now sent them an email outlining my concern at their violation of my rights as a consumer and requesting a response or remedy within seven working days.
    Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

    Everybody was getting the standard "apologies for your disappontment" BS email response up to Thursday. From what I've seen on here, nobody heard a dicky bird from them on Friday or since! Someone did say they were consulting with their solicitors, which might explain why they're no longer answering!

    I told them I expected order fulfilment or an acceptable alternative or compensation within 7 days...but then looking at the DSR, they do have 30 days to fulfil the original order.
