given it is that specific pack which we all know to be deleted now , i read the email as saying nowt- why the maximum price at 89.99.

They know full well that it can't be got for that amount so that why they have done it

maybe trying to prove the point that they actually couldn't get stock of this item and to save sending a replacement bundle out at a loss to thousands of customers? just a hunch

Hi,

I've just found this at Amazon. As virgin didn't provide a picture it is going to be difficult to prove that it is the same item. So I have just sent virgin an email asking them to confirm that this item conforms with their refund policy..(and I'm not confident that it does at this point)

Kind of pointless really then isn't it. I'm not spending £90 before knowing that I will get the rest of my money back for certain.
