Just for peace of mind - anyone ordering from amazon between at the moment has until 31st January to return the item - its a policy they have for Christmas for people ordering early - so a 60 day return period.

I'm trying it.

I phoned them again, as there was confliting information. I talked to Steve at customer services and he check with his manager and phoned me back. He said that either would be honoured and the reason the red pack is cheaper is there is less in it. So which ever you buy you will get upto 89.99. I asked him to repeat it! and he confirmed that the Argos one would be honoured.

As a Newbie, I'm really confused!!!! ??? I've got the same e-mail from Virgin, but I'm not sure what meets their requirements. The bundle on Amazon seems to meet the launch date spec, but the one on GAME (which is out of stock) looks different.

Do you think if I order from Amazon, it will comply with Virgins requirements for a refund of the difference

hi... I purchased two at amazon. They are the same, as the launch date is right on amazon, also reading from http://www.bdgamer.net/?itemid=14185

the contents are also the same (if you zoom in on the picture at amazon, you will see that it's the same pack). Plus Amazon says 'NEW' hardware bundle.

I went for first class delivery(only £2.53 extra to get it next day and not find that they go out of stock by the time the super slow saver delivery has been done), not sure if virgin will pay my delivery, but I'm expecting £52 refund for each of the two I ordered from them....

Sorry, to re-iterate, by Virgin retail i mean't the actual shops and not online.

They said to me either Amazon or Argos, it is up to me which I buy. If you are at all unsure phone Virgin customer services. I think they are stating it has to be the same bundle to stop people purchasing individual items and claiming the money back.

But the Argos one is not the same bundle, it is the Mega Pak that was released in May.

The Amazon one, released on the 12th November is definitely the correct one.

I would love to go for the Argos one, but I have my doubts that they will refund it
