My two little wannabe punks are still snoozing, although they had a great time last night, I'm not sure what time they are heading back there today, although as we are within walking distance not too much planning is needed.
Mioliere, hope you had a fab time and are not too hungover this morning

The patient is still asleep, although actually he hasn't needed that much running around after. He's not a very patient patient, though, he's feeling miserable because he can't do much apart from lie there. He keeps trying to get up to get his own drinks etc then howling in pain. I think he's realised now though that it's better to do everything he can to let it heal now, rather than having to have an operation if it doesn't. The cat, bless him, sat next to Dave's hed on the pillow all of last night, watching over him and purring. I didn't have the heart to move him. I tried sleeping on the fishing bed (marginally more comfy than the futon, but still barely a wink) and could hear the purrs from the next room.
Well, my bit should be on the radio this evening. Fingers crossed I don't sound too stupid, I'm hoping they don't even use my bit. But, as I've said, the joy of anonymous internet forums is that if I sound like too much of a muppet I can just deny it was me :rotfl:
I think I will spend the day not doing much apart from running around for Dave. I. Am. So. Tired.
:grouphug: to all who need or want one

Morning all
Have got up so late and feel terrible. Have skimmed the thread and can't remember much. My car packed up yesterday in Lidl's carpark, think it's my alternator. Can't get it to the garage until wednesday, although will try charging the battery up and my lovely neighbour said he would look at it for me.
Went out last night for a meal with my best friend and to see the new Batman film. Think it should really be a 15 myself, very good though.
Hugs to all of you this morning, sorry to be so vague!
Off to have a shower and then heading for folk week.
Have a good day all.
