Address it to John Clare. He is leaving this week but him successor will get the letter.

Ive looked at whever happens and it clearly does state they will visit within 2 working days for hi fis under 2a, maybe you should ring back and ask them to read there own policy

I've tried that already, they just say they is only for certain ones and mine needs to be taken to the store. i am going to write to John Clare and see what happens.

If its for only ones it should say and it clearly dosent, i would mention it to trading standards or consumer direct, its false advertising, maybe the ASA would like to know or the insurance omboardsman or whoever it it.

i want to complainto tesco about what happen to my mum (she wa injuried)in one of thier shops but dont have ' head office ' address. not on thier wbsite
i always belive in going to the BIG BOSS. can anybody help?

Hi,
Does anyone know what time is reasonable for a warranty repair to be completed? My car (Micra c+c) broke on 6/8, & the fault is covered under the warranty... However it's still in the garage now as Nissan HO are having a problem with locating a part... No-one can give me any idea as to when it will be fixed! - any ideas what I can do - if anything!
