    :hello: Good Morning! :)

Hope all who have been unwell are feeling a little better today, and ((hugs)) for those who need them.

Having a few problems with the computer this morning, but mainly I have the accounts to do; so, computer housekeeping will be the order of the morning! ;)

    Yesterday I invented a fat-free, sugar-free fruit cake :j :j

(Ok, I confess, it wasn't intentional - I forgot to add the butter = fat free :o - and also forgot to add the sugar :o:o ... but, hey, it's really rather lovely and will be tasty in the packed lunches!!! :D :rotfl: ) *must delete fat and sugar from the recipe ... this could be something for the future*?

    B: Porridge
    L: l/o soup from yesterday
    D: rubber chicken

    Take care everyone :):):)

Not a good night and still feel like I have a head cold woth vey sore throat-nevermind!

WM is on, DW loaded but still alot of space so will be put on later, OH did kitchen last night-so all nice and sparkly in there. Infact, the whole house is pretty tidy and clean :D It makes so much difference to me having the cleaner on a friday, she does a very thorough top-bottom clean and means we can do a few minutes a day to keep on top and always looks clean/tidy, but im very lucky that the council sort this for me and am truly grateful.

OH is finishing the stripping of paint today amd will hopefully start on the painting later on-have my folks coming saturday and really want the painting done by then. Think DD will be off school with the same thing I have, so she will be dosed up and kept in bed today

Have SIL coming today and she is doing the glass cabinet in kitchen, window frames upstairs (where all the dirt gets into the ridges), wooden blinds in lounge and the ironing.

Have saved a plate of roast dinner for me lunch today. Breakie will be porridge, lunch for OH will be HM pizza and dinner is chicken muck muck (left over chicken & soup) with mash and veg. Have some left over new spuds cooked from yesterday-so will make a potatoe salad and maybe have enough to go with a couple of lamb chops tomorrow!?

Anyways, will catch up later. Need to take some more meds and get my fever down.

    Penny-Pincher!!

none of us slept very well , as were so full of cold and have stuffy heads. but it hard for a 2 year old and a 16 week old to explain how they feeling.
was thinking of walking to town as need to bank some money, but it has already been heavy raining. don't want to drive as haven't any cash to pay for parking. it only a 20min walk( downhill on way but big hills on way home , sob sob.)
i usually go to a mums and tots group on a monday afternoon but don't think it fair to go as were not 100%. would hate to pass anything on.
hubby gone off to work, think he is playing hockey tonight so chance for me to get some ironing done.
not sure what were gonna be eating today. might get my bread maker out and make a nice fresh loaf so we can have soup for lunch.

    Good morning
Not much of an OS day today, as DS & I will be hanging around for 4 hours waiting for anyone who wants to deliver shoeboxes, as our church is a collection point, and people are taking turns to be there. At least we get our long stint over straight away, as today is the 1st day. It all lasts for 2 weeks (Mon-Fri) and we are also doing 2 hours next monday. I will pack us both lunch & we will take all sorts of things to keep us occupied. At least he will have a good piano to do his practise on!
Dinner will probably be HM soup with "freshly baked" partbaked rolls (Lidl 39p for 6!)

    Morning all,

I'm off work today so have decided to do a little christmas shopping.

Sc is on with a beef stew for tonight, will serve with mash.

Oh and my back has gone, saturday night at my dads walked on tiled floor which was a little wet due to the rain, flew up in the air, landed on the base of my back, could not even move for an hour, and it's still bad, everything takes so long to do now!!! Have not got time for this!!!

Well going to get the kids to put my socks and shoes on before they go to school!!

    Have a good day everyone.

Today am picking up hire car. I filled out the insurance form last night. I had to draw a diagram of the accident, I seriously cannot draw, looks like my 3 year old drew it!!!

DS is back at nursery today & DD has school. So a few hours peace this morning.

This week I shall be sorting the house out & doing food list of what I've got. I shall start OS-ing properly soon.

big 'get well' hugs to all who need them and big 'justcause' hugs to those who need them too : )

its a beautiful sunny morning here - much welcomed after yesterdays 24 hours of wind wet and darkness.

i need a 'kickinthebutt' hug today - i just have no energy enthusiasm or motivation. it seems all im going to do today is spend money . Its my grocery shopping day and i need a new cartridge for my printer as i need to print out invoices for ebay and amazon sales.

so while i am at 'staples' i am going to buy the supplies for my sisters Chrissie Pressie - I am making her the Household Notebook from Organised Home as part of her gift. She is one of those people who has bits of paper with lists, numbers and reminders in every pocket and on every wall - so this might help her get her act together a little : )

Also need to do the ironing and bake.

I attempted baked egg custard yesterday for teh first time in years as we had a half dozen box of cracked eggs that needed using - BUT it didnt set- recipe said 45 mins to an hour - it was in the oven for 75 mins and was still runny like ordinary custard... any suggestions?

    breakfast - porrige
    lunch - cheese sandwich
dinner - lazy mood egg and chips : )

    happy monday everyone!

Morning all, can I pick up some motivation whilst I'm here too as the house is full of boxes and looks a complete wreck. I don't even know where to start. There are so many boxes of the childrens toys too and I haven't the foggiest idea where I am going to put it all now we don't have a playroom :(

DH put all his CD's and DVD's into storage and has spent the last few months buying a whole load more so I now have no room for the ones that have come out of storage. I should have known he'd do this to me :( Also he is working tonight so he is in bed and I can't even get into our bedroom to put the winter clothes away. I wish I had a loft.
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
