:D Never posted on here before so I hope its ok!!!

Nicki If you download Turbo Lister (free!!!) from ebay then your listing designer fee is actually FREE and it means you can load everything up at once. Its easy to use and I always think things sell a bit better if you make the effort to get the listing looking really nice.

BIG TIP TO ALL OF YOU!!!!! If you have ANY old (ie. from the 80's) Care Bears or Strawberry Shortcake figure/dolls kicking about then get them on ebay...there are mad collectors in Australia, US and Europe desperate to buy them...just make sure you say you'll post worldwide. I did really well out of mine cos my Mum kept them all in their boxes and recently gave them back to me!!! What a star Mums are eh??? :T

Thanks for the info but we already have Turbolister and I use it for listing EVERYTHING but we were being charged 7p for "design fee" Mind you I don't mind, I start everything off at 30p - 99p (unless its worth more) so the fees are covered no matter what ;)

My photographs (which I took on 10th October :o ) are all edited and uploaded to our webspace. Some listings are already done and I'm about to start on another load. I have been writing really long info and changing colours but I think I'm going to stop it now and just go for plain, simple and sophisicated :rotfl: I just want all this junk out of here! I'm only on here now as I was waiting for the images to upload.

Nothing has been done in the house since I took DD to school except my lunch :o Thank goodness OH is working late tonight so won't be in until about 7pm - gives me a chance to get things done ;)

Back to Turbolister ....Where's the weary smilie when you need it? :rotfl:

Afternoon all - You all sound very industrious today.

I've lost a day somewhere this week - thought it was Friday today...never mind!

Not working today so I've been in the loft making a list of all the bits I've got for DD's for Xmas....Sorted out all my paper left from last year too and spent 3 hours wrapping all the family pressies! At least it's something else to tick off my list.

Dinner tonight is a roast chicken, need to use up all the bits of veg that are left before we go away for the weekend, the chicken carcass and left over meat will get frozen down for next week. Got a huge bag of onions too, will try and get them sliced and make some onion soup whilst the roast is cooking - again this can be frozen down for next week.

DH got paid on the 25th, paid all the bills, made decent payments on the credit cards (both on 0%) and put £75 into savings. Looked in the account today and realised I'd not taken my wage into account (it varies from month to month so we don't count on it for regular bills) So I've got £400 sitting there burning a very big hole.....now do I pay more off the credit card or do I use it as treat money over xmas????? Think I might sit on it for a few weeks while I think about it.

So windy here today. They say it's a force 9 in the channel today - I'm expecting the roof to go at any second - sounds really scary.

Anyway - hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

    Hi everyone!
Weather not very lovely here either. Never much opportunity for OS during the week but have done some washing and hoovered throughout. Am heading off to the library shortly before picking up the small person. Tonight I shall have to work out the week's menu and shopping as I've got the 6 weekly trip to Lidl on Sat. Cheat meal - Lidl pizza tonight as it's Beavers. May have a play with my new yogurt maker that I won last week in a Julian Graves competion. Anyway know any good yogurt recipes?!!....................
    Regards

    What a windy day!
We went out this morning and bought DD's nightdress material.
She wants to be all willowy and mysterious so she is making her own ankle length nightie. It will be interesting hearing how she climbs the ladder of her high bed while wearing it :p .We drew out the pattern earlier in the week on recycled work paper and cut it out yesterday.
I've got a bit of wizdom tooth niggle today. Its a wizdom tooth which still hasn't broken through the gum yet and every few months or so,it seems like its finally going to show and I get a couple of days of tender gum, then it goes back to sleep.
we had sausage rolls for lunch. We were going to buy some when out ,from the bakers then I thought..4 sausage rolls..£4 or 16 sausage rolls for the ingredients we already have at home...guess which we chose;)
Not sure what we are having for tea yet .
    Wrap up warm everyone.

Yippee!!!! Both of the kids big presents bought today. And thanks to a lovely poster on the online voucher board I have saved nearly £40!!

Both of their presents were good prices anyway, I added a couple of bits to get my free gift for spending over £150 so DS also has a Magnetix set and a basic Nokia coming for christmas. The mobile phone has just cost me £31 including £5 airtime :D

At this rate I'll have my christmas shopping finished soon :D
