wm on 2nd load
bm needs to go on t/d on 1st load(either the themastat has gone or dd 2yo turned it off again  )
beans on toast for lunch
left over chicken curry for dinner tonight yummy,
my dinner last night was so scrummy did the chicken in the sc with white wine onions and garlic (recipe I got off here) made the gravy with the juices with organic mash and carrots delicious.
I love this site and you guys, never realised I could cook
love and hugs to all

Morning :hello:
Not feeling too hot this morning - probably something to do with the greasiness of the lamb mince I made my (very late) dinner out of last night, coupled with insufficient water consumption to counteract the several beers I had earlier in the evening
Hope I'm feeling better this evening cos me and friend are in standing room at the opera - bargain price of £6 each
Housemate is getting sick of all the antisocial behaviour round our way and has been talking about selling up and moving to the country. So I might be looking for a new place to live soon... The problem is, he can't decide whether to try and sell the house ASAP for bargain price ("in need of extensive modernisation") or to get the place done up first and see if it will shift more quickly and for a better price. TBH I'm hoping he goes for the second option cos I reeeeally don't want to have to move out in the next six months. I'm gradually working my way through a plan to clear out all my junk, make sure I have enough money in the bank for deposit/removals/good amount of remaining savings, and (hopefully) find a job I actually enjoy, rather than committing to renting somewhere for a certain amount while in my current job and then being tied into having a certain income level.
Lunch is sausage & bacon pasta bake; dinner may very well be the same thing, as it's easy to microwave it straight from the freezer...Operation Get in Shape

Morning all.
Having a terrible morning at work, ive been shouted at left right and centre and not even by my boss! Ive been accused for things I havent done and when ive tried to apologise for things I have done that they suddenly claim are wrong, im hauled over the coals. Ive applied for loads of jobs this morning!!!
Had a very lazy weekend, went wedding shopping with my mam on sautrday and didn’t get home till quite late so just crashed out. I have the synthetic flowers for my bouquet now, they are AMAZING. And I can keep it as a lovley keep sake. Got my favours stuff as well so I cant wait to start making them. Ive seen a 1kilo box for £8.99 but they contain 250+, I only need 100 at the *very* most… anyone know where I could get some cost effective ones, ive tried googling but it all seems to be 1k boxes or at benji direct they are expensive
Gotta post a parcel today and nip into asda to get OH some pyjamas and a dressing gown for christmas.
Been looking at wedding dresses online today, ive decided against the ornate £750 one and opted for a very plain and simple dress that I can then accessorise with a shawl and tiara instead of being limited to what extras I have. And I will save the £750 for my dress plus £120 for BM dress and probably get both dresses for about £250. Very cost effective but equally as nice. And that’s £500 towards a honeymoon
Got a few mystery shops due in the next few weeks so im preparing for those so I know where and when im meant to be.
We're having noise bothers with the upstairs neighbours from hell so we're quite keen to move as there is nothing we can do really as they own their flat, and the noise isnt really loud/late enough to ring enviromental services… which is annoying.
Im in one of those bad fettles and I skipped brekkie so im a bit hungry. Going to treat myself to a huge hot roast pork, stuffing and gravy sandwich for lunch as I have to do a load of errands on my lunch break.
Its snowing though and that’s really making me feel a bit better :j :j :j :j
Hugs to all those that want them, special offer on today, get a hug, have a kiss for free :rotfl:0 -
Morning all,
Well its been snowing here for just over a hour so have returned home looking like a snowman as I needed to call and pick up some veg from shop. DD walked nearly all the way to pre-school with her tongue hanging out to catch it!
Had planned to wash bedding today but that will have to wait due to weather but have big basket of ironing to keep me busy and the house looks a bit of a bomb site.
Lunch for DD & I is bacon butties with loads of HP sauce
Dinner tonight, corned beef hash and 2 veg followed by rice pudding.
Have a nice day & all kept warm,

Not really Scuzz, I've just FAILED a mock driving test, I was feeling quite confident before it too. More EXPENSIVE lessons for me then. At least my instructor will have some money for xmas
Am off to prepare an indoor picnic for little people now asDD1(3) has a friend, also 3, coming home for lunch today. White loaf about to beep in the BM so that will be cool on time.
Chat later,

Oh dear, sounds like there are a lot of people out there today in need of a lot of (((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))!
My ME's bad lately, seem to be one big ache, maybe because it's cold! But will improve eventually I'm sure. Perhaps I should try one of those electric footwarmers (anyone tried one?), or failing that, I'll put a hottie bottle on my feet!
RZL - poor old you, no sooner does work show some hope of improvement than you get probs with your home! Keep trusting and it will all sort out "timeously" (one of my ex-employer's favourite words, along with "vision"!).
Ancasta - a simple dress with a stole sounds a lovely idea, and you could use both again afterwards. You're sure to look gorgeous on your wedding day whatever you pick!
Best wishes to all Oldstylers, and may your day improve!

Hello everyone :j Hope you're all OK.
Had very naughty day yesterday where I ended up raiding the cupboards for something to eat and ended up eating teaspoons of chocolate spread. Then I went out for some milk, bought a cheap box of choccies, felt so guilty that I locked myself in the bathroom and scoffed the lot before hubby could tell me off.Back on the wagon today....... Just hope I haven't put on too much weight.
In a positive mood as I've seen a job I really want - 2 minutes walk from my house as a front desk person in the village police station. Currently I spend nearly 4 hours a day travelling to a job that I loathe. So fingers crossed! I need to spend ages on the application form. I can do all the things it says, but as it's a career change I need to come across really well on paper.
Trying not to eat anything but fruit, soup and veggies today to compensate for yesterday. HM soupNew year, no debt! Debt free date - 02/01/07 :j :j :j0 -
