hi, whats the most money dooyoo will pay you within a certain amount of time? For, example if someone has written 100 reviews within 10 days of joining will they still be paid? I have read that technically in the terms and conditions there is no limit to how many you can write but i have read that people get accounts closed for 'abusing the system'.
I'm not too sure on that, but I'd be amazed if anyone can write 100 reviews in 10 days without spending all day churning them out! I signed up three days ago and have written 17 reviews so far (which is a combination of the bad weather and the weekend!).ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -

IF (and yes, it is a big if!) those 100 reviews all meet the terms and conditions of the site then I see no reason why dooyoo wouldn't pay out. however, I think it quite unlikely that you'll manage that quantity of reviews starting from scratch (of course, if you've already written the reviews and are cross-posting that could be different).
Dooyoo, though, is NOT a Qype. Opinions that pass muster there won't on dooyoo, more likely than not (and here I'm thinking of the very short factual pieces that are posing as reviews).
Remember Dooyoo are after OPINION, that is YOUR OWN WORK, over 150 words (and don't just write to that) and useful to the consumer.
Abuse of the system takes many forms. 9 times out of 10 if you're trying just to make a quick buck, trying to play the system or being less than honest, chances are you'll fall foul of the abuse rules, get caught and the account will be closed (unpaid).
Play fair, think of the consumer and all will be well (even if you're not the next Thomas Hardy or Austin!)0 -

Yup. CMH is right.
For most people, a decent review will be at the very least, 400 words. That's an average, of course. Things like chocolate bars can probably be done in less, but electronics and travel reviews will almost definitely require more detail than 400 words can offer.
150 words is a hard limit on what a review should be before you post it (Dooyoo need to have some kind of limit, after all). It is not a recommendation of how long a good review must be.0 -

In addition to what CMH advises above, please remember that Dooyoo is an established site with a large membership and active community. If you're going to come along and leech as much cash as you can from the site within a short period of time, the community will not thank you for it. If you "churn" (post lots of poor quality reviews within a short time without giving back to the community), you will earn a certain amount of money, but people that take their time over their reviews and read around the site, rating and commenting will earn more than that for the same amount of reviews. It'll just take longer, that's all.
If you want to know more about Dooyoo, contact a guide on the site (http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/community/_page/advice_guides/), some names you might recognise from this thread. Guides can offer you the best advice possible. Everyone has their favourites, but if you ask any of the ones you see on this thread, you really can't go far wrong.

heehee, no i haven't done that many, i don't always have access to the computer, but was just wondering how much dooyoo was willing to pay out within a certain time without saying no you're taking the mick because yes i have seen someone whose review i was reading who had done 101 reviews and only joined up ten days ago. It made me feel lazy.
I've been on 2/3 weeks myself and am liking both writing my own and reading other peoples' reviews especially on shops and beauty items.0 -

Hi, i'e done a few reviews on dooyoo and i really enjoy it, especially the discussion topics, I have lots of opinions to share lol. Just a question: I didn't think that you actually got the 50p payment for writing in the discussion area, but when i submit my review/opinion, it says that's if it's over 150 words long (which they all have been) I will receive 500 dooyoo miles? Obviously if this is the case then this is a big bonus! Can anyone answer this for me? x0
