Just been looking at pram/travel system things
How confusing????
And how much???!!!!
Any advice/recommendations...
(P.S. Hubbles is completely utterly and unbudgingly opposed to second hand anything for his precious little Bean...)
We have our scan in 3 weeks!!
Which systems are you looking at?
I know 400quid for a travel system.. I am open to 2nd hand but not the car seats..Frustrated in Shropshire....0 -
I am a bit of a pram expert Luc-I love them!
Personally, I would go for a Loola or Bugaboo. I like the Quinny Zapp for strollers as well.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
the Mrs likes the urban detour, any one used them?
We apprently want one with big chunky wheelsFrustrated in Shropshire....0 -

Just PM me your address.
We need EVERYTHING!!! PM on the way;)
Marky we had our first scan on Tuesday. If you or OH are prone to tears pack a hanky!! It is absolutely amazing to see the little mite turning somersaults before your very eyes.
As for travel systems - I haven't a clue. we're in a top floor 2 bed flat so it needs to be lightweight and fairly compact. Liking the look of some of the Chicco ones, Graco seems to be getting bac reviews and can't afford to consider Mamas and Papas/Quinny even if my parents are paying:p26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

afternoon all..... a busy wee morning for me, this is my first post of the day! shocking!!!
Bunny, i hear you had winston over for a cuddle last night, how funny is that? And you probably will have turkey shaped moments for a good while... i still often stop and talk to ginger cats and wonder if it's bentley reincarnated.. mental, cause why would he come back same as last time! (assuming you believe in reincarnation!)
indebt, sorry to hear things are going a bit pear shaped, sounds like you need to spend some time together and see how it works out, before you consider a life alone... the way you feel is a symptom of how much you miss him, not an indicator of how you can cope without him.. if you were deliriously happy and getting on with your life and never seeing him then you might have a point, but as you are unhappy without him, you should try "breaking the eggs" as luc says and really make an effort to spend time with him...
Good luck hun....
sammy, keep tidying, you're still not going on holiday with BB!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I will remember that hankies. We are meeting the midwife on Wed.
Quinny do seem over priced, but look good.
Looks like PC upgrade fund is going on pushchairs etc, luckily we have till march before spud is due..

Ooo how spooky - Hubbles is a rugger b ugger too! We've got 3 flights of stairs to contend with and no lift so weight is definitely a consideration for me! Although our neighbour leaves hers at the bottom of the stairs and her OH brings it up and down when he goes to/from work every day26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
