    Hey all... have had a nice productive evening... erin went to a friends, G went out so i went for a cycle... considered a run briefly, but don't think i would manage as haven't ran for a few weeks....

    did about 4 miles, was puffed but very chuffed to have gone out and done something for myself while i had the chance.....

    Then later when Erin came home we went with my dogs and my mum and her dog for a wee walk....

    plus did some washing, and took in the stuff that has been wet and dry and wet again on the line twice in the last couple of days.... it was damp! so tumble drying as we speak.... not MSE but had to be done.
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)
