Well done for the run young lady. I hope you have stretched when you got back. I normally only have one muscle that works in the bedroom toofinished work, done 5k run, had another row with OH and been to Body balance class at aforementioned unmentionable gym
Am now lying in bed with laptop typing with one finger as that is the only muscle that still works without screaming in agony!

Bunny - the bit that needs welding supports the bedroom, so we can't really use it unless we can get it fixed.
