can you arrange to both have a day/afternoon off at the same time?

I got 'caught out' when my exOH found I'd been looking at places to rent and the thought of the hurt in his voice when he confronted me on it still makes me cringe with shame. That and the fact that I had made plans without showing him even the minimum of courtesy and respect by letting him know.

I know its hard, really I do, but up front and honest is the only way to be in this situation. Explain how you're feeling. Ask how he is feeling. You need to decide TOGETHER if you are willing to make an effort together or if its time to go your separate ways.

quite night is him home at 9pm bed by 10pm so it just me and tv. his job stressful, oh i dont i just carry on with life how it is. im unhappy but dont want to hurt anyone

You are obviously miserable and can't carry on like that. Think positively. My talking you may find he has similar frustrations and between you come up with a plan to make your relationship work. If it doesn't work out that way you'll at least have the knowledge you tried your best.

Hey, good news.
Got my catalytic convertor fixed-£120! Only £180 CHEAPER than what Kwit Fit said! and they said my 'oxygen sensor' thingy was fine. Kwik Fit have lost a customer now....
