    i cant leave the house cos i waiting for tnt to delivery a item to me, I think he know something up, he say i been acting odd. Im not seeing anyone else just to make it clear. i feel trap :(

    Can you remember what caused you to fall in love with him in the first place?

    How long have you been with him? What makes you feel trapped? I feel trapped to at times, when i remeber how much fun it was to be single, but then when I was single I wanted to be in a relationship...

    i think myfeeling changed cos i dot get to spend much time with him & i feel maybe i dont need him just falling part with not being together.

    I work away alot with my job and it does effect our relationship.

    i feel trap cos i want to make a life for myself maybe new job & new me. we have debts & house together.

    Can you try to arrange to spend some quality time together to see if this makes any difference?

    I had similar feelings a few years ago, turns out I was clinically depressed but just didn't recognise or know how to handle all the strange and sometimes frightening thoughts that were creeping into my head.

    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
