I've emailed them and asked exactly that question about how can I enquire if the option isn't there to select. I'll update if I ever get an answer, but been waiting nearly 2 days.
My quidco is showing as tracking at 0.00 and the time of tracking is 12.38 yet i know it was well over an hour before that that i completed the purchase of the policy, something that the post office have confirmed...

Yes, mine says 0.00 at 12.30 but I did mine just over an hour earlier - I've seen a few people mention that their quidco time is an hour out, not sure whether on this thread or the one on HUKD.
  • So is today the day that those of us without policy numbers who haven't heard anything do some sort of synchronised calling? :D I'm sick of waiting.

ETA - Oh, and when I put my reference number in to check on my policy I can't do it anymore, it just says there's an error. Grr!

I didnt get my promised call back yesterday "again"

I "re-phoned" this morning, to cut a long story short, person i spoke to told me that he had printed off the confirmation screen will take it to a manager to find out what they are going to do about it, ive been promised a "call back" later. ;)

I have emphasised that we have got screenshots of everything so if things disappear from the webpage we have the evidence.

If a manual policy is set up I will be insisting that they drop me a line confirming that the policy has been created under the T+C that were in force prior to 11.30am on 7th August. ;)
  • Woo! Just had a call, all sorted. They had 3 policies for me - I only signed up for 1 - but have cancelled the other 2. So I've gone from having nothing to 3, haha. He confirmed that I'm eligible for the cashback and the paperwork is coming in the post with my policy number.

I hope all you others have such a good outcome. The PO let us down a bit on getting back to us but I am still impressed with their thoroughness and courtesy!

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Been watching this thread and wondering if I should continue to do nothing or jump on the bandwagon.

I received my policy documents through the post on Thursday 14th. I also have an email from the PO dated 7.08.08, timed at 10.19am. I actually applied for the policy on 7th at around 2am.

Should I phone them to ensure I'll be entitled to the cashback, or just assume I will, bearing in mind that the PO has been fair to date and all on here seem to have been told they will get it...?
    Thanks, Sparrer

  • I've received 3 packs in the post today, none of them mention cashback - is this normal?

    I really don't know why I've got 3, I definately didn't apply 3 times!
