I'm still waiting to hear from them about a missing policy number. Might ring them again tomorrow, I was told to expect a phone call back last Friday.

I, re-phoned late on today, was told the following :

There are two spreadsheets. ( i asked if they were monopoly boards. :rotfl: )

One spreadsheet for the non plan number people, the other for those that have had plan numbers resolved both plan numbers added and those who have more than one policy number ( due to some people pressing the submit button more than once :wall:) sorted out.

I was told that the spreadsheets are not in alphabetical order ( obv not heard of excel and sort column A facility. :rolleyes: ) Was further told that the second spreadsheet is now up to surname beginning with letter "M" ( even though the spread sheet is not in alpabetical order.:rolleyes: )

Despite having phoned twice last week and my surname starting with an initial before the letter "m", person i spoke to couldnt see any mention of me on either spreadsheet. _pale_

Person I spoke to promised me that she would discuss it with someone tomorrow morning and phone me later in the day. She did say that they do have their ways and means to find out the date and time that applications were submitted even where their is no plan number which is the opposite to what most people including me have been previously told.

I applied the evening before the cut off and had no confirmation email but today my paperwork has arrived!

And (sorry its OT!) if you see this Marsupial_Mama/ Andreja I know you from other (less moneysaving for me) boards!! Hello! I'm not purplemoon elsewhere so you won't know who I am, though...

Dont know if anyone has posted it but in the T&C's it says that it has to be a minimum of 10 a month spend to qualify for the cashback! Hope this helps

No, nor have I heard back from the PO yet.
