Mine is here too, although the address on it was completely wrong!
Norwich Union has the wrong database, they couldn't find mine in theirs so just put in another one, which included changing my postcode!!!!!:eek:

So, I called them up to sort it out as no way is my cashback going to another address

Had mine come through this morning too. I phoned them to confirm that I would get £100 after 3 months, the girl on the phone said yes as I had applied early enough.0

I thought I'd sit tight and wait for the paperwork. Rang them up on the freephone number which was answered almost straight away by a very pleasant chap. He said they'd been getting a lot of queries about it, and that they have a list of all the eligible applications. I gave him the policy number, was put on hold for about 30 seconds, then he came back and said all was OK and as I applied early enough I'm eligible for the £100 after 3 months! As someone said earlier, it is really great how well the PO are handling this with professionalism and courtesy.

was in the same boat as a lot of you , applied online 11.02am 07/08 , system crashed on my direct debit page, resubmitted 11.27am, got the congrats your covered page without a policy no., My Quidco at the mo shows validated £0.00 , Anyhoos , rang P.O. this morning and was given my policy number with the news that my application was logged by them at 11.34am , and WILL receive the £100 cashback , as cut-off time is now 12.30pm. They have and are still using a spreadsheet with names and times of everyone who applied in the mad hour or so before the plug was pulled , so if you ring, chances are they now will be able to say yey or ney. Goodluck and now just have to sort out Quidco .0 -
i applied 23:08 on 6th august and received an email,ref no..etc.
i havent heard nothing since...so i gave them a call yesterday. guess what?
i am not eligable for cashback-they said.
they also told me- does only matter whey they received it not when the aplication is made!!! they said they received mine 7th august at 14.30 and by the time they received it,offer was withdrown.in fact nothing is mentioned on terms and conditions.
what a stupid excuse!!!
they asked me to cancel it.
i said i got email confirmation also print out of terms and conditions and i will take this matter to trading standards.I asked ,i want written confirmation about my aplication was not eligable for cash back..etc..
they didnt like my chat,passed my call to someone else.same old story ..after long conversation they cancelled my policy.
Suprise.......i received a phone call today,they appologised and accepted they made a mistake ,error on web site.
they said my aplication is active and accepted ,elligable for cashback.0 -
Also confirming that my policy paperwork arrived today.
It confirms that the direct debit has been setup and the insurance is active and gives a policy number, all the features and key facts etc.
It also confirms under Plan Conditions section 1.e) -
"If any payment is not paid on the due date or within the thirty days grace allowed, the plan will be cancelled and all benefits under it will end".0 -
Anyone still without a policy number hear anything? They told me it might be as late as Tuesday or Wednesday, but still no call either way.Comper and general cheapskate0

Im starting to get worried now, have had no paperwork through, applied the evening b4 it all crashed, the policy got accepted, Quidco is showing at £43.00, checked my bank account online and no dd set up yet?
Give it to friday..........as she sits here biting nails......xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
