Strange?? I have just checked my DD and it has been set up and the amount says N/A. Maybe they are going to send new T&C's to us?

My amount says £0, BUT on my internet banking, it is the last payment amount which shows, so seeing as though I haven't made a payment to them before, it would show at £0.

Maybe it's the same for you? :)

Are they going to set your policy up manually.
I'm not sure. I just heard "You will be receiving the cashback" and after that it was just a blur :rotfl: .
They said they are still trying to retrieve policy numbers so I presume if they can't do this they will have to do it manually ? Not sure.
I think I'll give it a few days and see what happens. I'm sick of ringing them.

Many thanks for your time/advice on this BTW - much appreciated !

Ah in thast case I won't ring them yet, I haven't heard from them but will give them a while longer if they are still trying to retrieve policy numbers.
They have my details because after she said they'd be in touch she rang back 5 mins later to ask for my date of birth, so I must be on that list.

Just called and was told that they hoped to issue me with a policy number later today and when i enquired about cashback i was told that as long as i had completed my application prior to midday on the 7th i would be fine.

Now just need to see sort out quidco which is showing as 0.00 and showing a tracking time of 12.36 (which is well over an hour after i submitted it when they were still offering £43...)

Hang on - so now they're saying 12pm is the cut-off? That's a change from the 11.30 they've been saying all along. I started my application before 11.30 but didn't complete it until minutes after so I have assumed I'm not eligible....did they definitely say 'midday'? Do you know who you spoke to? It would be really helpful if you do. ;)

My Quidco too is showing as 0.00 at 12.36 too.

    Yep, mine is here today.

I was told on the phone that the paperwork wouldn't include any reference to the cashback so I'm not unduly concerned. It has been issued by Norwich Union after all and I think we've ascertained on this thread that the cashback will be paid by the PO, so not really surprising the NU stuff doesn't mention it.
  • Crikey, you people seem to have a much better postal service than me! My post tends to arrive any time between 11.30 am and 4.30 pm!!
