    Having been waiting an eternity to hear back from quidco as to how I submit an earnings enquiry when the £43 life insurance option isn't there anymore, I today get a reply...

    Thank you for your enquiry, It should be in your drop down menu when you try to raise a enquiry, Kind Regards,

    ...so off I go to quidco thinking they've done something to put it back on there but no, it still isn't there.

    Is it me? I'm pretty new to quidco but I think I can see what I'm meant to be doing. It's just that I can't do it because they've removed the option.

    :rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Hi
    if you go into enquire / raise a ticket, you will come to a page of all q+a, go towards the bottom of it, and theres a click link for bring a ticket, (its a query but they call it a ticket, why?), that gets you a new screen, ans there a little box, you click in that and it brings up a list of all the businesses you have delat with, just click the post office link and then think is the right hand button to continue, Quidco may come back to you with any questions.

    Good luck x

    Thought it was just me - explained (via email) I couldnt submit an earnings enquiry cos post office life insurance has disappeared into the ether...got a reply telling me to go to earnings enquiry --tootled off and it still isn't an option! I can find both (?) of my quidco transactions (even though i only clicked on it once); but the second page doesn't have any life insurance option still...!!

    looks like i'll be playing email pingpong for a while :rolleyes:

    I had to put it under another insurance in th epull down and then wrote an epic clarifying the actual deal. seems to have worked for me.

    lol, it would almost be funny if it wasn't so bloody annoying...

    I went back to them again and tried to explain again, that it wasn't there to select bla bla, could they be more specific. They replied quite quickly to say that if I go to quidco/new-enquiry I should be able to do it.

    Which just took me back to the same bit where there is no £43 listed. Aarrrgggghhh.

    What is wrong with them, there are obviously a few of us in the same boat asking the same question, are they playing dumb on purpose hoping we'll sod off in the end?!?!?

    So ping pong here too :rotfl:

    Thanks mum2one, but that's what I've been doing more or less, it's just the next step is to select the particular type of cashback that you are querying and the £43 life insurance option is no longer there.:mad:

    Aha, perhaps I'll give that a try. One more try with the ticket and then I'll have to bodge it using another insurance type. It's just that there isn't one with a similar amount, next highest choice is £27.50. Don't suppose it matters though if you write an epic to go with it.
