    She just called me back then and said she wanted to update. She said they're looking into why I don't have a policy number but the system has gone down, but she's ringing so I'm not hanging on for the phone call. She's hopin to ring back before she finishes work today but if not then it will be tomorrow.
    They're very friendly about it!

    I to have had the 0.00 cashback validation from quidco. My plan was completed at 11.27. so hopefully will get the £100.

    Yep, same as me - if yours originally went through before half eleven so you should hopefully have the same end result as me, ie they will honour, but you'll probably have to go through the whole application again over the phone :rolleyes:.


    For cashbacks via cashback sites to be valid the transaction normally has to be carried out wholly on line, just thought it worth a mention. ;)

    Hmmm, looks like the quidco cutoff from a little earlier than the PO cutoff. It was there when I started the application though, even if not when I completed it, so I want to query it with quidco. £43 is not to be given up without a bit of a fight after all ;)

    Does anyone know how to query with them as I can't do an earning enquiry as the life insurance option @ £43 doesn't come up to select anymore.

    Oh yeah, forgetting I had to redo it over the phone :o.

    It should be rectifiable then giving the circumstances, through raising an enquiry with quidco. Just can't work out how to do it as per previous post.

    Is that both cashbacks being honoured. 43.00+ 100.00. :confused:

    Does this apply to applications made before 11.30am today even if the cover doesnt start to say 8th august. :confused:

    the life insurance option was displayed when I began my transaction also, so I have gone throgh the help section of quidco to query mine as that option is not listed on my earnings.

    Ah ! I had that but didn't know that's what it was. I have given them it and they are ringing back. Mine DEFINITELY went throught at around 11.15 but had a 'blank policy number' on the confirmation screen. I didn't notice it was blank til I went to find the policy number later to ring them.
    They first said they had no record of my policy, then, when I gave them this Web Ref he said he'll look into it and get back to me. Surely if I've had a confirmation screen at around 11.15 it means my policy was accepted before 11.30, even if their website has screwed up and not provided a policy number.
    Ok, I know, I'm rambling now.....:o
