I rang them about my plan number being blank, I was put on hold then someone else came on and she said she would ring me back as a few people have had the problem this morning, and they took down my web ref number. So just waiting for them to call back now!0

Yep, same as me - if yours originally went through before half eleven so you should hopefully have the same end result as me, ie they will honour, but you'll probably have to go through the whole application again over the phone . They rang back quite promptly too.0 -

Same here, no idea. Has anyone had 0.00 change to £43 subsequently, or is it looking bad for us?0 -

Looks like I have the same thing. Chappie was very nice though. He's giving me a ring back after his lunch at 4.30pm. Did you all mention the cashback thing and they stayed polite about it? I get funny on the phone.Comper and general cheapskate0 -

The unique reference number that you could use to retrieve your quote. I got it in an email entitled 'Your Post Office Life Insurance unique reference number'.0 -

Yes, they stayed polite when I clarified about the cashback. They know exactly what's going on... they asked where I'd heard about the life insurance deal and I said on "another website" which she chuckled at.
Apparently the paperwork they send out doesn't mention the cashback but she said that my policy would be marked to say that I was entitled to the cashback after 3 months rather than 12, despite the £5pm premium.0
