    Weird!

My application tracked on TopCashBack, but I did not get a confirmation email. I telephoned, and they had no trace of me on their system.

Did everyone get a plan number on their Congratulations, you're covered screen?

Mine is blank. I just rang them and they faffed about trying to find me on their records even though I gave them the Unique Ref No for my application which when I use it to retrieve my application brings up the Congratulation, you're covered screen. They took my phone number and are ringing me back

My application went through close to the 11.30am cutoff but pretty sure in time. It'll be annoying if they claim they can't find me though.

Take it all back, they've rung back and said that something went weird with my application but because it went through before the 11.30am cutoff they will honour it on the previous terms and conditions and she went through the whole application again and it set up properly this time and I have a plan number.

She certainly reiterated what others said that you will get the original terms (£5/3m) as long as it went through by half eleven.

If you want confirmation whether yours did or not, just ring them, they are really helpful and pleasant. Well my person was anyway. Can't guarantee they still will be by 6pm though after a million calls asking the same thing!

Sorry to be repeatitive but can anyone here remind me how to take a screenshot please? I've forgotten.

It may be vaguely OT but it would really help me here with this.

Just to clear up - does anybody have confirmation email from the post office?
All I got was the email with my reference number on it

Does this qualify for post of the month?

If it works... Which we may not know for awhile...
    Thanks anyway, of course!

Do you know how to take a screenshot?!

If you follow the link and fill in your reference number you should get to a 'congratulations, you're covered' screen.
