£10pm for PO £100 cashback - must be redeemed at PO within 3months of receipt of letter from PO , which would be sent after 12th monthly premium

Not sure what is said on the 25th July and you may be correct, but it is irrlevant. For post 28th July, 'pre-11.30am today' policies:

If you could have 'been bothered' to read the post, you could have saved yourself the bother of posting something that at least a dozen people had already done.

Surely you get the £100 with £5 pm? where does it say £10 pm?

They amended the T&C and changed it to a minimum monthly amount of £10.
