I'm not sure if they have a specific policy or if they do it on a case by case basis. I have heard of poeple doing it when they have been too ill to use the vouchers but whether they will do it in your case I don't know. The only thing I can suggest is to give the clubcard helpline a ring and see what they can do for you.0

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but has anyone had any experience of sending in-date reward vouchers back to be credited back to your account.
Basically I coverted my points to days out vouchers but now want to change them to Siblu holiday rewards but don't know how I can do this.
Any help would be really appreciated!
Thanks
in date reward vouchers can be returned for a credit
however, you can use your days out vouchers to pay for a Siblu holiday, so there is no need to return them, as long as you plan to use them before their expiry date

Isn't the Siblu reward voucher a different code to the days out one?
Sorry for the confusion - thanks0 -

Yes, give them a call next week, when the reissue period starts - who you speak to, can action then and there; you'll get then early July. They are used to all sorts of things happening, from recycling, to the washing machine, and the dog, so no problem.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
I have recently (2 wks ago) sent back "Pizza Express" vouchers that were due to expire on 31st May, and had letter from Tescos confirming that they were crediting the points back to my account. I did this by ringing them up and requesting a form for returning tokens... they emailed me this immediately and I posted it back with the tokens the same day. I have realise that I could have used the tokens on any included restaurant or indeed any included day out etc, but just didn't have time to come up with a chance for us to use them, so decided better to send them back and try again next mailing time!0

it doesnt matter if the codes are different
just read the T&C - they clearly state vouchers can be used for any deal, that isnt pay in full
or maybe just read back through this thread, the question has come up hundreds of times, and been answered

How many millions of times have I told you not to exaggerate?:p
dont search for siblu, search for returning deals vouchers because you cant use them for the deal you originally intended
and i was wrong, i think you might then find gazillions of replies

I've spent a while browsing but can't find that mentioned - probably just me...
Seems strange that you can use reward tokens on anything when they have a specific code on them relating to the offers (eg days out, Siblu etc.) - can't see that mentioned anywhere in the T&C on the tesco website.

It's in the additional information link at the bottom of the chosen reward:
We hope you enjoy the Clubcard reward that you have chosen. However, if you would prefer to use your rewards tokens for an alternative reward, these tokens can be used as full or part payment for any partner reward (excluding those with the "Buy in Full" logo, Goldsmiths, Hotels and Holidays) However the terms and conditions relating to the selected reward will also apply[FONT=Verdana,Verdana][FONT=Verdana,Verdana].
