I put 1 on the other day when I bought some milk, as I didn't use a bag, after all, what's the difference between not using a bag and using your own?
They give you points on delivery if unbagged.

It says on their web site that you can get points for not using a bag, so you did nothing wrong.

If I purchase a couple of items and carry them out in my arms, can I collect a point?

Yes, as you have not used a carrier bag.

I'll let you off this time, but pay attention next time.

there's a little madam at Dover CS that talked to me like that, I telephoned Tesco HQ and suggested she should have some training.

Try printing this page and taking it with you. Show it to the assistant, pointing out question 3 then demand to see the manager so you can show him/her it and get an explination of why his/her checkout assistants don't know the rules.

OMG I can't believe the way some SA's speak to customers - anyone would think they were paying for the extra 1 point themselves!!! Our Tesco's record for awarding green points varies between "not bad" (SA "forgets" to add them but I go to CS desk and get them added on no problem) to "excellent" ( I get given more points than I 've used bags, without asking for them!)

I've never had anyone query how many bags I've used though, or why. And as I mentioned in an earlier post, I've recently - in the last fortnight - started using the big blue Tesco bags and have been given 3 points per bag for these, without asking.

Oh and if I use a SS till for one or two items and don't take a bag, I always claim one point - as previous posters say, I've not taken a new bag so the end result is the same.

Give them a ring. I am sure they will. It is the same outcome as if they were lost in the post - you don't have them either way.

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but has anyone had any experience of sending in-date reward vouchers back to be credited back to your account.

Basically I coverted my points to days out vouchers but now want to change them to Siblu holiday rewards but don't know how I can do this.

Any help would be really appreciated!

    Thanks
