Only three more sleeps till Santa :santa2:

I checked online banking this morning and had received the expenses claim I put in of £21.40. Instead of leaving it in my account to treat myself - that's what my budget is for! - I have paid £11.40 into the Pay Off The Overdraft account, and £10 to the dreaded Barclaycard.

My new personal challenge is to bring my PAD total to £200 by Christmas! I'm at £182.76 so it should be doable. I love an achievable challenge!

Have a lovely Monday people on holiday. Spare a thought for those of us working until Christmas Eve!

Was having a mini stress about how much money i have for this next few weeks BUT then decided i will bimble through the month whichever way i can. I will need to look at contacting tax credits, council tax etc if staying on my own. As we all know EVERY penny counts :p Getting rid of hire car this morn and will be paying for old banger so that will help. I am so proud i have actually managed to save that money. It will motivate me for the NEW Year.

Happy Monday - hugs to you all xxxx
One step at a time ;)
  • glad you and bump are okay after your fall, mummy2mygirls!

and a big well done to jo for the egg-cellent effort! (groan! *hangs head in shame* couldn't resist crap early morning pun! though no doubt it's already been done on here somewhere!)

pound for me today, hoping for a no spend but watch this space. me and the boys are going to a friends this morning for a play and also to have our haircuts, but as this is budgeted for in monthly spends and the cash has been sitting in a sealed envelope since paypay, i think i can get away with it being a no spend. however, if we end up in a soft play area this afternoon (and i really hope we don't, to be honest! for so many reasons...) then i will own up and not count today. charsanta.gif
