Morning all
I feel like crying. After all my recent hard work I was unfortunately in an car accident last night - and unfortunately the other woman was claiming her light was green (which I don't think is true) so whatever happens, my insurance is going to be affected. Car maybe a write off - its an old car. So at the moment I may need to fork out for repairs if its fixable or a new car if its not. I have been working so hard at getting my debts down. It is all so rubbish. Really want to cry. I suppose on the bright side my insurance is due in a couple of weeks and I was only looking at renewals before I went out...good job I hadn't renewed, and was on my way to get petrol - so crashed on an empty tank!!
Oh, Beff, i am sorry. There's always something to knock us back. All these things will only make us stronger and more determined. Take care of yourself today and i hope you feel a little better later. Take care hun :grouphug:One step at a time0 -

Sorry to hear about your accident bigbeff.
Don't give up though. We all have set backs.
My debt went up £1500 due to moving and getting rid of a horrible flatmate a month after I had my LB moment! I was gutted. I had finally started to take responsibility and I felt like I was being punished. 3 months on I have managed to get my debt back to where I started because I didn't give up. It will happen, just keep going mate.
And speaking of, today I reduced my debts by:
£1 to Flexiloan.
£1 to ISA.0 -

Hi Everyone
I have been really busty the last few days with work, work and work, plus dance lessons, works do and Christmas shopping, so have not been able to post.
My PADs for this week so far are £92.84
I can't post from work so don't always have time to catch up. Am off today with a slight hangover but did book it as leave and best part was the boss paid for the do so only cost £2 contribution towards the tip.
No snow here, only precipitation
Best wishes to everyone

BigBeff - massive massive hugs hun. Just look on the bright side that you weren't hurt - it could have been worse. Its hideous to think of having to pay more out to sort stuff but it better than being off work and hurt. BIG hug.
Thank you to you all for your kind comments last night, I was feeling pretty sorry for myself but knew you would all cheer me up! I am feeling a lot brighter today. I did ask for feedback and was basically told I wasn't good enough - nice of them to be constructive!
BUT PAD £2.39 so onwards and upwards!
hope everyone has a good dayNew surname New start!

Morning all, just flippin rain here, no snow
Bigbeff, so sorry to hear about your accident, what a rotten thing to happen just before Xmas! Big HUGS sent to you xxx
Well, I think I mus be paying my pad when I'm asleep, I have just taken the money out and counted it and I have £5.97 there, whereas yesterday I thought I had £4+in. Now, I know this is small compared to what others put in, but I'm well chuffed, must try a bit harder as I have to pay the Tesco card on 15th, I pay them £20 a month already, so pad is on top of that. If only I hadn't spent all that money....................
Hope you all have a good afternoonKEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0
