    Morning all

Thanks to having the stinking cold head%20cold.gif I have been up since half five. Less than ideal as I am working 9am until 7.30pm tonight! doh.gif

I wrapped loads of my Christmas presents last night, and now only have a couple of people left to buy for - none of which should take me long. My parents are coming down for a visit this weekend and my mum always likes to go to the shops, so I will tag along with her! charsanta.gif

The parental visit will be good in a couple of other ways too:
    1. It will encourage me to clean the house!!
    2. My mum always brings me "care packages" and has done since I first moved here are a student, 10 years ago! I will therefore be fully stocked for biscuits, coffee and washing powder for a few months. Yay!
    3. I'm getting a laptop!!!!!! Mum bought a new one (Totally unnecessary, but they have the spare cash to do such things) and has adapted her old one to increase the memory and be wireless-enabled so I'm getting me a new laptop!! T'other half is at college and I feel guilty about using the computer all the time, so I will have more time for MSE, Ebay and comping. woohoo.gif
    4. Once my mother has decimated the shops of Edinburgh (And my long-suffering dad has wandered round in the freezing cold carrying her bags) we're off up home together for a few days. I won't have the canteen temptation at work and will be miles away from any shops, so I'm hoping for a couple of NSDs
Ok, this has turned into a huge post with narry a mention of my P.A.D blush.gif

I have paid £3 to Barclaycard this morning, which means I have paid of over £30 since I joined this thread less than a week ago. I would never have thought that I could do this, and I would like to thank you all for being so flipping motivational! clapclap.gif

Have a lovely Thursday all (It's Friday tomorrow, woo!)

I feel like crying. After all my recent hard work I was unfortunately in an car accident last night - and unfortunately the other woman was claiming her light was green (which I don't think is true) so whatever happens, my insurance is going to be affected. Car maybe a write off - its an old car. So at the moment I may need to fork out for repairs if its fixable or a new car if its not. I have been working so hard at getting my debts down. It is all so rubbish. Really want to cry. I suppose on the bright side my insurance is due in a couple of weeks and I was only looking at renewals before I went out...good job I hadn't renewed, and was on my way to get petrol - so crashed on an empty tank!!
