£20 for me today to HSBC CC and I have made sure I have paid off the sums I have spent on my CC this month so I wont get any interest on it.:jI wonder how much our combined payments add up to in a day?

Well we went to view the house and it was as perfect as can be, it is also available for a long-term let - which is great!
So offer is in (£625, min.2yrs, 6mths upfront - £50 less pcm than advertised, but we think its a good starting offer!). The offer was put to her yesterday about 4.30pm and wasn't rejected, so she's considering it! I think I am in line for a nerve-wracking weekend! The agents are open today, but am not holding my breath for a reply, that would be too perfect!
I will let you know as soon as we do!
Also received rent rebate back for the place we are in at the moment (asbestos/inconvenience), so I have a cheque in my hand from the agents for £265.38!!! It will go PAD as soon as it clears and when I know what is happening with the house!
Have a good weekend! x0 -
