I received £3 worth of luncheon vouchers yesterday for a survey i did via pinecone research. Has anyone used these before? Does anyone know whether you can just receive a cash payment from pinecone?

Well, i'm waiting for a small payment from amazon for a book and hubby has transferred money this morning as he FORGOT  yesterday (good grief), so i am waiting for that to clear so i can make payments........*Hopeful1 waits and drums fingers impatiently*.......:D

Do you have a little peek now and again or are you disciplined enough to wait and see? Don't think I could!

    Hi hopeful,
I get these from Pinecone too but they're always £4?
You can get paid through Paypal with them but I don't bother with that as the withdrawal on Paypal costs under 50 quid.
I always spend mine in Morrisons but they are loads of places that take them.
I must dash and get ready for work. This thread is soooooo addictive.
    See you all later.

Hi Barneydee. I was in a similiar position with Barclays last year. I quickly opened another account and had my salary paid into there. Luckily i managed to do it all just in time.

You then need to put in a claim for the charges but in the meantime offer a repayment figure of whatever you can afford. This is because your claim will be put on hold due to the test case.

In my case they refused my repayment offer but i paid it anyway. They continued to add charges and interest. In the end i complained to them using their formal complaints procedure and then to FOS with proof of the payments i was making but cited that Barclays were making it impossible for me to repay the debt. Now they do not add anything and accept my payment. Hopefully the test case will be won in our favour and all those charges will be repaid. The amount i have claimed is more than is currently outstanding.

    Hope that helps ;):D

Morning everyone, off to work soon, but hoping to pop into town to pay some money into my o/d and cc when i finish.

Jamie - i was thinking of doing a sealed pot ready for xmas next year, but my prob is i'm always tempted to have a sneaky peak.

jo41 - well done, my target is to get my cc below £2000 fingers by end of year, fingers crossed i can do it.

First day of diet went well, i wasnt tempted by any of the left over cake at all, in fact i actually did some exercise:eek: . I'm really aching this morning!

    Have a good day everyone
