Sock monkeys!

nooooooo i logged on to see some monkeys to cheer me up

i seem to have things getting in the way of making stuff for me. and i have make a cat and a dog not with socks!!!!!!!!!! :eek:

but here are my sock creations. an easter bunny



a sock teddy bear



an army sock monkey



and another rabbit with a bling nose!!!



need to buy more of the bling buttons i think.

Nuttybabe; They are so sweet. Like the way you put bows in their ears. :0)
I am trying to make a doggie one but at the moment it's not going well!

thanks pennib. i do like bows, and hearts, and bling on as many of my sock creations as possible!! lol

i had problems with my dogs to begin with aswell. i think it was the way the nose was folded i couldnt quiet get it.

It's the neck bit that's causing the problem, just can't get it right. I expect it will all fall together if I keep working on it....or just might fall!!

Do you have to machine sew them or can you hand sew them? I'm a beginner and my machines a really basic one with only one stitching option.

i hope this is a piccy of my monkeys
not 100% happy with them, don't like their eyes

ah can't do it ! do you have to put the picture on a photo site first or can you do it straight from your computer ?
