hi, have just stumbled across this thread, its made me want to have a go at making sock monkeys! But, where do u start, do u need a sewing machine or can they be done by hand? sorry ive not read all the posts but seem some of the pictures, they look great!, thanks0

I started off by hand and made a fair few. I did get a sewing machine earlier this year though which does make it easier.

and dont forget to put piccys on.

Here are my latest 2. One of for a first birthday and the other is for a little boy who is potty training so he is wearing boxers! I should have done that for my youngest!!!! :P0
