sent an email to colgate palmolive to say how much I liked the scents of their aromatherapy shower gels especially the orange and grapefruity one...that was on a Saturday - Tuesday morning all the way from Luxembourg (?) came a lovely letter and a £2 voucher - very nice suprise...;)

I emailed Nestle saying i was a big cheerio fan and suggesting some marketing ideas. I received a lovely letter and £3 vouchers from the customer service department. They passed my details onto marketing who also sent me £3 vouchers.

I'm one cheery cheerio cruncher!

i emailed show case cinemas, because i went to watch a '3D film' but the glasses i were given had fingermarks on, so it was all blurry! and 3 days later i received 2 free tickets to any movie! Not bad also i emailed roundtrees telling them i was disspointed that i never got any green ones any more hehe! and they sent me a £3 check ooo yeah and emailed ovaltine telling them how much i love their hot chocolate, and they sent me a £1 voucher and a nice letter XD

i usually write them a wee note, to their address up in dundee. not sure what it is but its on the website. that way you can send back the wipes and they can see that they are dry. i've complained to them twice now about items, and get a letter and gift card back:rolleyes:
