I brought a 10 pack of Golden Lights recently and they had no flavour to them, I emailed them and they got back to me asking for my address, a couple of days later I recieved a box with 24 packets of crisps in there and an apology letter. Very happy

had a ready meal from iceland and when we put it in the oven all the side of the plastic cracked open and the meal seaped out - sent a complaint to them via email and got £3 vouchers.

Emailed nescafe about some faulty coffee pods for the dolce gusto machine. Sent the faulty pods back freepost and got a cheque for £20! Well chuffed :beer:

Sounds like you weren't doing it for personal gain, I said that I needed to get a gift for a music teacher so would like to try some. Which isn't strictly true. In the sense that it's not a music teacher. It's a family member. But I'd still like to try before I buy haha!

Maybe they've just wised up now...

I contacted Palmers as I really like their lip balm and asked if they had any samples of any other products that they did for me to try. A few days later I received 8 sample packs of different moisturisers! They are brilliant and smell gorgeous!!

I just asked for a sample and I got a full sixe dark and ginger bar. I was well chuffed. It tasted great.

options, kellogs, nivea, nescafe, olivio, bertolli so i will post back if i get any response!
