Hello!

I am new on the forum, and please don't mind my mistakes as I cannot speak English perfectly yet! (I am French)
I have started competitions and writing e-mails to companies only 3 days ago and the results are already paying! I won a Watercress book and some promise of voucher from Andrex and McCain after complimenting them, without asking for any voucher! I am really happy!

Thanks to all, and your fab posts, I would have never thought that we could get vouchers this much easily!

I complained to Sainsburys (online) after too bad meals in my local cafe & they credited my Nectar card with 1000 points (£5)!! I had already had one of the meals refunded anyway!

I sent a email of complaint to seabrooks because a bag of their crisps had no flavour, it was meant to be Tomato Ketchup. I was really looking forward to them too! It was a nice complaint saying how normally we love their crisps (which we do) etc etc and I noted the bag number for them. Got an email back today (3 days later) asking me to send the bag and contents back to them (no address supplied) so they could investigate. What bad customer service is that! A voucher or something would have been nice but I never expect anything so the apology alone would have been enough. However the apology tagged with that request has left me feeling insulted! (maybe i'm having a sensitive day!).....rant over:D

Had parcel from Nivea today as I had queried where to get some travel size toiletries for my hols. So they sent me a letter with an attached sheet of which stores stock the travel size range & I also got a few complimentary mini treats (see pic) which will come in handy to take away with me!

I sent an email to nivea asking for a sample of lip balm as i get really bad dry lips, 2 days later i got a full size SOS for lips lip balm!!! very impressed.
