Not sure if this is a common one:
I emailed Nestle about a KitKat I had without any wafer inside.
I got a cheque through the post for £2.50 after a request for my address via email, as well as an apology from Nestle.0 -

I did and they made the cheque out to the wrong name twice so I gave up.0 -
Emailed calpol asking for stockists of their ear thermometer and received £2 coupon.
Complimented Nivea - £3 vouchers
Complained to Ginsters - £6 high street vouchers ( genuine complaint!)
Complained Warburtons - £3 coupons ( bread mouldy before use by date)
I complained to Ginsters aswell....the last few pasties I've bought have had really large gristly pieces in them. Just received the £6 vouchers this morning which I wasn't expecting!0 -
I recently had a free make over done at Bobbi Brown and bought the lipstick the lady had used on me. However when I used it the next day the colour was hardly noticeable in broad daylight, as opposed to the store lights.
I sent a pleasant email to Bobbi Brown HQ and got an email saying if they would send me another product to the same value so was happy with that. The lipstick cost £13 (it was a special treat!) so felt the need to write in.0 -
I have written a silly letter today asking Jelly Belly for some free samples!
I am hoping that by playing on the company's good humour I will be able to get some freebies!
I even wrote the boss a poem.
I'll let you know how I get on.'I can't deny the British influence on my accent and mannerisms, but I don't know the British national anthem, I didn't weep for Princess Diana and I always cheer when Britain loses at sport. That's how British I am' Constantine-Simms. :T

Has anyone had any success with McDonalds at all?
I sent them a message complimenting them on their service at my local store and I was wondering whether I can expect any vouchers!!'I can't deny the British influence on my accent and mannerisms, but I don't know the British national anthem, I didn't weep for Princess Diana and I always cheer when Britain loses at sport.
