Today I got a lovely full size product from Nair after sending them a nice email they also sent a nice email back. Very impressed!

Hi,
your better off just going into store and talking to the checkout supervisor on shift we either give out a refund voucher or a replacement. It helps to be polite as you will not have any of the chicken left. if you bring a product back that isn't to your satisfaction we will replace / refund on the spot. please note it is up to the supervisors discretion for on the spot refunds / replacements so being nice helps!

Im always nice lol, i used to work at Morrisons on the CSD of all places, it just annoyed me more becuase i was really looking forward to the chicken and the doughnuts, The checkout supervisors in morrisons are normally realy good at helping with any probs they get the flack for everything and running up and down between 28 checkouts that was hard work, used to cover the c/o supervisors breaks when i was there, i still have nightmares with the flashing lights & those barriers :mad: lol

Lol, well it does state on the packet, that samples are available lol! I would take that as an open invitation to try for some more lol!

I emailed Kimberley Clarkes about the Huggies pull ups i bought for my son, at least 3 out of the pack had sides that weren't sealed and therefore useless. I got an email back within 24 hours saying thank you for letting them know, an apology and that they will be putting some MOC in the post :T
