I sent an email to sainsburys about a carton of juice I bought that was open. I couldn't drink it as who knows who had opendedr it. I sent an email explaining that I threw it away asked what sort of seal should be on it so I know for future. Received a really nice reply and 1000 nectar points very pleased indeed

i had a good morning of money saving today.
Went to tesco and got my phone topped up with £10 - i had a voucher to get 100 clubcard points whe i topped up phone - good stuff
i popped all my old drinks cans in the recycling machine outside - 20 cans =10 clubcard green points
Then i took my dentyl mouthwash back to customer services as there is a product recall on it - i got £2.64.

There is a few mouthwashes being recalled just now, you can check if yours is one of them on this post below - Think its mainly Dentyl PH, Dentimint, Tesco, Morrisons and Asda own brands. You can check full list here -

I got a Rimmel mascara and Liz Earle's Cleanse & Polish in the last 2 weeks. I'm very pleased and hope my good fortune continues :-)

My mum had her hair highlighted and a day later used head and shoulders shampoo and it striped the colour off her hair she rang them to complain and they said they would get back to her. Anyway she went to have her hair lifted in the mean time as it had a green tint to it. They didnt get back to her so she rang this morning and they eventually agree to pay the £46 it cost her to have her hair highlighted! Sucess!

havent had the need to complain for anything in a while!

same thing happened to me at tesco's recently. Got the shopping home, unscrewed the lid of the orange juice carton, reached for the ring pull - only NO ring pull, so either a naughty thirsty shopper/member of staff had had a snifter before putting it back on the shelf but I wasn't going to risk drinking it. As the store is literally *round the corner*, I took the carton back - and they were more than happy to replace it with a carton WITH the ring pull intact....they didn't ask any questions just replaced it, so I wonder if its a regular occurance...

thanks for the Dentyl recall info. Just called my local store and they're recalling all flavours, no reciept required.
