I bought some lovely seedless grapes from Tesco. Found a very happy looking spider amongst them, which looked remarkably like a black widow!(I suspect it was a False Widow though). I wrapped them VERY securely and took them back to Tesco -just to warn them really, not expecting anything. They thanked me (which was nice enough!) refunded the money and gave me a £5 gift card."I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0

I bought a choc fudge cake for my OH as a treat and it was very dry. I emailed M& S to tell them about it. Received a polite email apologising and asking me to return the item to the store. By that point I had been extremely efficient in recycling the packaging and OH had polished off the cake.0

:eek::eek: Argh - i'd never buy grapes again if i had found that. I've heard stories from tesco employees saying they had found spiders (BIG ones) in bananas. i'll be careful when buying grapes now!!:heartsmil Getting Married 11th June 2011 to the lovely Graham:heartsmilWedding/honeymoon fund so far £69000

You may be better off just returning it to the shop you bought it from; they can then determine the batch ID and get it dealt with that way.0
