Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with Boots when sending in a complaint? I recently purchased some of their own brand lipstick in a nude colour, only to find that after half hour it has turned my lips bright pick! I was mortified. Took me a good 5 minutes of scrubbing to get the pinkness out of my lips too, I wasn't a happy bunny.

Hiya, I was on https://www.optionstreats.co.uk yesterday as I was entering a competition and noticed that they now have a 'cafe coffee' range so I sent a message to them via their website to see if they could send me a free sample as I'd love to try them. I got an email asking me for my address and I received a sachet of each flavour in the post this morning! V impressed!

Today in the sun there was a token for a free 5pack of chuba chups minis. When I was looking for a pack with the most flavours, (at my local asda) I cam accross a pack with only four lollie pops in them and they were all the same flavour, even though there is a promise that ther will be at least two flauvers and five lollies. I was going to get them then complain, but i thought better of it.

    hey...

I complained to tate and lyle abt the sugar packet i bought had all the sugar "clump" together as if water went inside even though the packet outside was dry....

so i complained abt 2 mnth ago, they asked me all the packaging details and everything and still asked me to send out the sample and packaging to their address which also i did,i mean it took over a month for this correspondense when they said they will get back to me.

it was not a free post address,so i put stamp and send out the sample and packaging to them, finally they replied within a week thru letter and this ws on 24th april, where they had all their conclusions written of their investigations, and they recommended that i should also be complaining to the store, and written below that thy hav arranged for the refund to cover up the purchase (to follow)...

so i should be expecting another letter from them?
since it was too long so i emailed them a week back that i have not have any letter from them, before they always replied the next day and now they never did(after the letter),explaining that i also complained to the store where they told me to complain to the company itself as i have also sent the sample and packet to them, They nevr replied.
Again i emailed them as i was very angry and wrote i was disappointed by this and would want any higher authority to write to,none of my emails r acknowledged, still today they never replied me or even asked me that they are still following up?...

I even have the letter they sent me,and its been so long, and even after being angry and asking to talk or take this issue to the higher official in the company, they r just ignoring it,i mean they r such a big company,a proper genuine complain which they itself accepted to being their fault and it was also not the first time,it was the same with 2 packets(also told them)
    What should i do?
