Hi ash, you should always take pictures and get copys of the letters you send to them and that you recieve. some companys "collect" the bad product and then dispose of it, so you can do nothing about it.

I emailed Sacla to say that I loved their pesto, got a nice email back and they said they were popping a jar of their new chilli pesto in the post!! Very pleased

Also emailed lurpack but they said they do not send out samples/vouchers :-(

did the same with sainsburys complainig about packs of crisps stuck inside multipack only sent it thru site yesterday and eemail today saying they giving me 400 nectar points for inconvenience

if it was a freebie, I wouldn't complain...then 5 out of 6 sachets isn't bad...personally, I'd be happy with that.

I contacted Jo Malone through their website to ask for some samples as I wanted a nice perfume for my wedding. They emailed back and suggested ones suitable for a wedding and said they could send me two samples, or sample cards if samples weren't available. I got two little sample bottles yesterday so was well chuffed with that. One of them is lovely so will have to get my future husband to buy it for me!

Hi. I am a student who needs stationary stuff, does anyone know what companies send out things like pens for free?
I am also interested in free teaching resources for primary school as well if anybody knows where to get these?
I was also wondering how you ask for he free items as I don't want to seem rude...
