I got told that lush were going to send me some thing and they never turned up, e-mailed them to tell them this but they haven't e-mailed me back. Probably think i'm trying to get more out of them

I emailed lush asking for one of thier empty tubs as none of the shops would give me one. My son has severe eczema on his face and the only thing that works is dream cream. It only comes in a large tub and lasts forever! So i emailed asking for a tub to split the one i have so can leave some at nursery.
got an email back saying they would send it out and next day it was there! They sent me one with labels and everything:T

Phoned up Xerox as looking for new paper, they sent me out 3 sample packs that i requested bout 10 sheets in each pack but it still helped also tried conquere nothing as of yet.

anyone got an email or postal address for hellman's? i can only find a phone number on their site

thought i would give this a go - have emailed 4 companies so far and hope to get a few more done too!

so far i have recieved
rimmel 2x mascara 1x foundation (wrong colour) 1x mineral foundation
a blood glucose monitor
2x horlicks drink samples
2x skinny cow drink samples
3x durex condoms and a durex vibration ring
xmas tree decorations (cardboard ones that look like celebs but in cartoon form)

prob loads more though lol

I emailed Bourjois through their website about 2-3 weeks ago about a complaint about one of their mascaras. Heard nothing back, does anyone know of another contact email address for them, or who I should contact?
