i complained to tesco after visiting their pay at pumps several times and their barcode readers for the key fobs weren't working, and once i forgot to pick up the reciept to claim the 27 points (well, should have been 54 as it was double points at the time) so i emailled them and they replied apologising and said they'd contacted my local store to check they'd reported the fault, and they have given me 200 points as a 'goodwill gesture' - can't complain at that !!0
