So i thought ok i might have a chance here, so i e-mailed them back saying that the party would have no underage people (explained more than that) and that i wouldn't tell anyone from my uni about it because i know students and i know that they would get loads of requests. then they sent this

Promotional items can only be provided when a consumer-related offer is available. At the present time, we
do not have such a Smirnoff program available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause.

No hope there then i got really excited after the first e-mail
