Also with my gu puds voucher I got a gu puds spoon too ( used my vouchers yday in asda and upon puttin them noticed that they were out of date so letter of complaint to asda on the way!)
£4 worth of Ribena vouchers complaint about on of there bottles! More toothpaste! My free loreal mascara came that I used with the free £5 voucher!!
Wrote to skinny cow aswell still waiting to hear back tho

Going to write some genuine complaints to odeon, , sainsburys regarding my valentines day flowers, later on aswell

I recently bought a Tomy video monitor for my baby from mothercare. One of the things that attracted me to it was it said you could connect up to 4 separate cameras to the one unit which was ideal for me as I'm pregnant again and wanted to be able to watch both babies when the new one came along. The information inside the box said the additional camera units were available from the Tomy website. Had a browse, couldn't find what I was looking for so e-mailed them, they said that they had planned to have additional camera units available but were unable to source them so they didn't have any and apologised but said nothing could be done. I e-mailed them back saying I was not happy and the product was misleading as I only bought it so I could purchase an additional camera for second baby. Had an e-mail back within a few hours asking for my address and they were sending me another camera with compliments! It arrived this morning

So if anyone out there with kids has a Tomy digital SRV400 monitor, e-mail Tomy and complain! You will get your free camera!

I bought dental floss and when I opened it, the floss had not been fed through and was unable to open the back. Sent it off to P&G and got a £5 voucher from them on Saturday. Was very impressed with the service.

I've been requesting samples of beauty products again and had about another 50/60 samples over the last 2 weeks.

I complained to Mcdonalds as well about my visit a few weeks ago and have a meal voucher coming in the post.

when you're sending your emails to companys, do you put your address on it. so that they have somewhere to send vouchers

I figure if you were writing a letter you'd put your address on it, so you can on an email? would you put it at the top right like a letter, or down on your signature

I have actually created stationery on my email account with my name and address permanently at the bottom - has proved very useful! I ran a divider line across it at the top to make it look slightly more professional and it is in a totally different font than I normally use.

started sending out compliments and a few complaints yesterday

walkers - complaint, so much air in their bags. voucher on way

bit gutted kettle chips and catherdral haven't said anything about vouchers because everyone on here seemed to get some.
