I e-mailed Aero a while back to complain. No matter how much hot chocolate powder I added to my drink I just couldn't taste chocolate. I got a reply back that basically said "We did market research before we brought it out, other people liked it so tough".

I contacted Boots a couple of weeks ago about the bad service I received in one of their stores, and they got in touch with the manager and sent me a £10 giftcard by way of apology. I've almost managed to forgive them now... :A

12 rocky road bars!! Got 2 of the Cuprinol trade thermal mugs last week too, had forgotten all about them so was a nice suprise! Also last week I got the Viakal Savvy Circle Bag & the Tescos Home Panel sponges! I like getting parcels!!

This is the current one. summertreats keeps bumping old threads so I got it merged with this one.

I started sending out complaints/compliments/enquiries last Wed

Since then I have received:

Options - two sachet samples
Old El Paso - breadcrumbs sachet sample
Pizza Hut - £20 voucher - complained it was difficult to get staff's attention for free refill (mega impressed with them!!)
Walkers - £2 voucher - said too much air in the bags of crisps
Fox's - £3 vouchers - compliment
Pataks - £1 voucher - compliment
Pringles - £4 voucher - their salt and vinegar is too tangy (more than pleased with that!! wasn't even a full on complaint, just preference really)

Asda - my coleslaw was fizzing, still in date and unopened - they said sorry but as I don't have the pot anymore tough luck. I emailed back again and said it's not good enough I want a refund, but no reply!

I complained to Walkers there was too much air in their bags of crisps. got £2 voucher.

with those vouchers i bought a multipack of crisps. one of the bags wasn't sealed properly, so i let them know. Just recieved another £4 of vouchers

shame i'm not actually a that massive crisp fan. still will keep me going a while and free food lol
