£3 voucher off bread for a complaint, good customer service as I had thrown the packet details away0
-
Got a letter through today after a genuine complaint to Andrex, inside they had sent me a £5 voucher and a £2 voucher to be spent on either Andrex or Huggies products. Very impressed with the customer service; quick to reply to my email, fulfilled promise of vouchers and very generous in doing so considering the toilet rolls I complained about cost £4.99 and I explained it was only 2 or 3 rolls I'd had problems with0

£10.00 in vouchers from Airwick for a genuine complaint. Very happy!!!0

Had a few more replies over the last couple of days:
- Discovery (compliment): Thank you email, popping a recipe leaflet in post - this arrived already today and is actually a little booklet with about 12 different recipes in
- Betty Crocker (compliment): Thank you email.
- Vosese (genuine complaint + product info request): Apology email, asked for address to send a full sized bottle of a different shampoo of theirs to me to trial
- John West (genuine complaint): Recieved an apology letter today with a £4 postal order inside. Didn't expect anything from these guys as they hadn't mentioned I'd receive anything and I was unable to provide them part of the info they needed for the complaint, so very pleased with the service on this one!0 -

Still not got round to writing my disgruntled complaint to clipper about mouldy coffee but fired off a quick email last week to florette salads via their online form. Didn't get multiple money off coupons like some but they sent me one £1 one-since in most supermarkets there is always at least 1 of their salads for a quid, that's free salad for me

Has any one ever had any success with make up samples?
I have sent e-mails to many make up companies asking if they have foundation samples and those that have replied so far have all said no. I still haven't found a foundation I am satisfied with and I'm am fed up with buying ones I don't like. I buy a different one every time I need a new one, but don't go for the high end ones as I don't know if they will be any good or not whereas I would if I had tried and liked them.
Have been told off in Boots before:o for trying the tester on the side of my face, apparently you're meant to test it on the back of your hand, although the tone and texture of the back of my hand is completely different to my face!
I also don't like the idea of going for a consultation at a make up counter as I'm insecure about my face and hate the idea of someone studying it! Plus they would probably just be trying to sell me their product there and then and I'd need to see if the foundation lasted!
It seems odd to me that there are always shampoo and moisturiser etc samples going around but never foundation. And I genuinely want to try them out to decide what to buy, not just looking for free stuff this time!:A
If anyone knows of any companies who do do foundation samples then I would be very grateful:) I know Estee Lauder had a voucher for a free sample you could get but none of the counters I tried had any in stock.0 -
