Some samples from greenpeople, not as many as the above pic (just 4) but I did ask for the mens range.
A cheque from the Halifax for £50 in response to a complaint (the website said you can manage your mortgage online but when I called up to verify my online account they said they don't do online mortgage accounts!)0 -
Few more replies this week:
- Baylis and Harding (sample request): Informative email with info about them being against animal cruelty/testing (I asked about this), but they have no samples to send out.
- Ritz crackers (Kraft Foods) (compliment): Thank you email.
- Skittles (Wrigleys) (compliment for original product plus negative feedback on new Crazy Cores): Thank you email for feedback, comments passed onto appropriate team.
- Ambrosia (Premier Foods) (compliment for snack pots of custard and rice pudding): Very nice thank you email, comments passed onto sales and marketing departments.0 -

I have a genuine complaint to make about clipper-though I binned the coffee a while ago so should I say this to them or just not mention this and hope they don't ask me to send evidence back? I used to always buy the clipper instant coffee but every single jar would go mouldy after a few weeks-it seemed it somehow got damp inside and the filtery thing in the lid seems inadequate, never had this issue with other brands of coffee nor any other drink that stores in similar jars. xx0

I always find it's best to be completely honest with these things, that tends to get the best outcomes. Working in customer services myself I can often tell when there are little white lies dotted about in what people say and it can make a difference on what kind of service they end up gettingI'd rather someone be honest from the outset rather than leave out certain details that could make their claim look a little dodgy.
