  • M&S - no reply to a genuine complaint (with evidence available) whereby a food product exploded.

  • Couple more replies today:

    - Pataks (compliment) - thank you email, comments passed onto marketing department.

    - Cathedral City (compliment) - very nice thank you email, comments passed onto marketing department.

Also received one sachet of orange hot chocolate from Options today as promised :)
  • at this time of year i notice the companies dont sent anything if you leave it till after new year might have more luck
  • Received the promised goodies from WKD today, and I'm really impressed with them! Sent out two bottle openers in the shape of their WKD Blue drink, which are also magnets, and they have a WKD logo keyring attached to each as well :)
  • Reply from Haribo today, email with a polite decline to my sample request. Little sad on this one as I genuinely wanted to try their new vegetarian sweet range, and they also didn't answer my question as to where they will be stocked so I could buy them in future :( Ah well, I'll be keeping my eyes open for them!

Received the promised catalogue and sample sachets from Green People today, and considering how much their products cost with being organic, I was pleasantly surprised by the 15 various sample sachets they sent out from some of their different ranges! :D
  • Hi new here :)

    Currently reading through this thread
Only recently started complaining to companies before I wouldn't of had the confidence to do so but this thread has helped a lot!
    So here goes

Muller - £3 Coupon for complaining about crunch corner the yogurts texture was too thin and was more like water!
Redbull - 4 free cans for asking for some posters and stickers they said no but would a giftset of Redbull help? HELL YES!! lol
Skinny Cow - 2 x £2 Coupons for complaint that my lollies were crushed. However the box wasn't so my guess is they were left out to melt and then re-freeze.
Andrex - Currently waiting for Voucher in the post for complimenting them :)
Gu - £9 in Vouchers!!!! Had a banoffee dessert that had no biscuit in it?
Vaseline - Emailed as my favourite lotion was being discontinued due to low demand so they offered some Vouchers towards a future purchase!! Wasn't expecting anything I just wanted to know why I couldn't buy my favourite lotion anywhere?
Currently waiting on Wrigleys, Simple, Boost and a few others....

So this is all in my first week GOOD OR WHAT :)
  • got my free full size bag of Christmas blend coffee yesterday - save that for after Christmas Dinner - yummy :T

  • Hi could someone please help me

I just read on the terms and conditions on my huggies/andrex voucher it says "Only one coupon can be used for a single pack purchased." does that mean if they have for example a deal on huggies wipes say 3 for £2.50 does that mean that i pay 50p for all 3 cause its on a deal? (My voucher is worth £2 btw)

please can someone help I'm new to all this Vouchers :)

    Hi Ciara

Yes that's right you'll get the £2 off and just pay the 50p...not a bad deal!

You may also find with some coupons that even if you don't spend the full amount you will still be credited with the total amount off your bill...eg you have a voucher for £2, the product only costs £1.50 and you also get 50p towards your shopping.

You must however buy the item on the coupon otherwise you will have problems!!

    Hope that helps!:j
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)
