I received another 2 boxes of pint glasses last week. I think 23 is enough now...

After working for Kettle Crisps for a while I know if you send them a letter they'll send you back some coupons for money off alternatively sign up for their newsletter and they always seem to send out coupons may be worth it for a simple click or for some of you skilled letter writers out there.

Two £1 coupons off any Patak's products. I went to the co-op and the sauces were on offer at £1 so I got two for free with the coupons

I got two tea bags from twinnings today plus a 50p off coupon. Plus my £20 Amazon voucher for trying out Love films which I have now spent.:-) Helps with some points for the xbox. Last week I revived 2 samples of the Miller Harris perfumes. Not for me my kind of scents but the mother in law is now using them in her hoover filter to make her lounge smell nice when she vacuums.

Still waiting to hear back from lots of companies.

Lucozade (compliment) - nice thank you email.

Shloer (compliment) - thank you email.

Kettle Chips (compliment) - thank you email, comments passed onto production & office teams.

Relentless (compliment) - nice thank you email, comments passed onto brand team.

Britvic (compliment for J2O) - polite thank you email, comments sent onto product manager.

Kraft (compliment & query for Oreos) - polite thank you email, answered my query.

Lush (sample request) - Polite email explaining they can't send samples directly but instructed me to go to my local store to request some.

Options (sample request) - asked for my address to send a sample.

Twinings (compliment & query) - Thank you email, very helpful with my query.

WKD (compliment) - sending "a little something in the post" for me and my auntie.

Waiting for 4 more replies and have about 10 more to message this week (mostly compliments, one genuine complaint), so will let you know how I get on

Heathcote & Ivory (sample request) - standard thank you email, unable to send samples due to a very high volume of requests.

Green People (sample request) - asked for my address so they could send me out a catalogue and some sample sachets. Very impressed with this one, they replied in less that two hours! :O
